Bell	This is the flair found at the top of the hats crown. Generally a small bell is called a flair, slightly larger is called a medium bell and larger still is called a wide bell.
Binding	This is the finish ribbon, generally grosgrain sewn on the outside edge of the brim.
Hatband	The ribbon at the base of the crown. This band normally has a finished bow on the left side of the crown
Saddled	The front and back of the brim are lower than the sides. If you where to set the hat on it's crown the brim shape would resemble a saddle.
